Responsibilities & Areas of Need (in priority order)

  • U.S. based, remote with occasional in-person meetings

Technical Writing

(Fulfillment/Product Dev)

  • Create course collateral, cheat sheets, and documentation for clients from training videos.
  • Technology: Microsoft Word, OneNote, Thinkific, GMetrix

Instructional Design

(Fulfillment/Product Dev)

  • Write learner-focused course copy based on the instructor’s outlines
  • Develop course assessments from course objectives
  • Technology: Microsoft Word, OneNote, Thinkific



  • Write emails, marketing collateral, program collateral, articles, blogs, etc.
  • Understanding of
    • Customer-focused copywriting – we use Storybrand methodology
    • How to write copy that sells and or closes (again see Storybrand)
    • How to write for a lead nurture campaigns, website copy, social media copy (see Storybrand)
    • Technology: Microsoft Word




Video Editor

(Marketing/Product Dev/Fulfillment) 

  • The first task is to assist us with raw edits of our marketing, promo and training videos. Depending on experience, we would rely on the video editor to produce the final cuts.
  • Technology: Camtasia 

Content and Asset Management

(Product Dev & Marketing)

  • The first task is to move all of our assets from previous vendor system internally and inventory courses, modules, lessons, assets (videos, handouts, sample files, etc.) and all the things related to the company’s IP.
  • Technology: MP4 files, MS Office files, PDFs, Thinkific, CustomerHub

Report Writing/Data Analysis


  • Create custom reports for customers and for us internally using exports from our LMS, CRM, and webinar systems. Would require understanding of exports, MS Excel Tables, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.
  • Technology: Thinkific, Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), GoToWebinar, Microsoft Excel

  • As a reminder, other than the sales position, these aren’t individual positions. They are specific responsibilities that can be combined to match the right person and skillset. We believe in Finding Right Work (thanks, Leni Miller!) and that workplace Fun is Good (thanks Mike Veeck and Pete Williams).  Everyone should love what they do and have fun in the process.
  • Passion over experience is what we’re seeking. Training is provided.
  • These are all contract to hire positions. No vendors, please. We’re looking for people to eventually join our team full time.
  • Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest.
  • Mega bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest AND experience AND they love what we do AND they can keep up with high performers AND they would be interested in getting certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist.
