About Vickie Sokol Evans, RedCape’s Founder
Vickie Sokol Evans is the trusted trainer behind the world’s most elite executive support teams, their leaders, and employees. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer with nearly 30 Microsoft certifications and has spent the last three decades teaching high-performing professionals how to master their technology to deliver better results in less time.
As a former assistant, Vickie understands the unique demands of support roles and how to equip assistants, executives, and their teams with the confidence and skills they need to thrive. Her training has reached assistants from various royal households at Buckingham Palace, as well as leadership teams at The New York Times, Starbucks, UK Parliament, LinkedIn, Stanford University, and Bill Gates’s executive support team.
