  • A manager can purchase multiple licenses for the course and will serve as the Seat Manager.
  • The Seat Manager receives a single enrollment link for their team.
  • When an employee uses the enrollment link, their access period begins.
  • This setup allows the Seat Manager to distribute the training throughout the year as needed.
  • Seat Managers can track seats purchased, claimed, and unclaimed and invite employees to claim their seat.
